HAMMER is an internal tool provided by Grandvista Construction for managing leads, projects, and construction workflows. By signing in and using HAMMER, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

Access to HAMMER is limited to Grandvista Construction employees, contractors, and other individuals explicitly invited to a workspace. Accounts and access may not be shared outside the people they were issued to, and are provided solely for legitimate business use related to Grandvista Construction's operations.

Your content

Any lead, client, project, or document data you enter into HAMMER remains the property of Grandvista Construction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for using the Google Drive integration in accordance with your organization's document-handling practices.

Availability

HAMMER is provided on an as-is basis for internal use. While we aim to keep the platform available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as business needs change.

Account access

Workspace administrators may add, remove, or adjust the access level of members at any time. Access is revoked when an individual's relationship with Grandvista Construction ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HAMMER after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
