Grandvista Construction
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
HAMMER is an internal lead-management platform built and operated by Grandvista Construction for our own employees and authorized contractors. This policy explains what information HAMMER collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
When you sign in and use HAMMER, we collect:
- Your name and email address, from your Google account when you sign in with Google.
- Files and folder metadata (file names, links, and thumbnails) when you use the Google Drive integration to upload or organize project documents.
- Lead, project, and client information that you or your teammates enter into the workspace.
- Basic usage activity within the app (such as status changes and checklist updates) so that team activity feeds and reports can function.
How we use this information
Information collected through HAMMER is used solely to operate the platform for Grandvista Construction's internal sales and project-management workflows: authenticating users, syncing project files to Google Drive, and generating reports and notifications for your workspace. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Google user data
HAMMER's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google account and Drive access is used only to sign you in and to upload or manage files you direct HAMMER to handle, and is never used to build advertising profiles or sold to any third party.
Data retention and security
Data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure and is retained for as long as your workspace remains active. Access is limited to authenticated members of your workspace and Grandvista Construction administrators.
